Tri-County Surgical
Associates is a two physician group specializing in general surgery
and dedicated to the compassionate delivery of total surgical care of
our patients. With over 35 years of combined surgical experience, we are
trained and qualified to evaluate, diagnose, and treat surgical problems
encompassing the entire body.
Our doctors (Thomas C.
Litton, M.D., FACS and Jeffrey M. Lafond, M. D., FACS) are affiliated with Trident Medical Center, Summerville Medical
Center, St. Francis Hospital, and East Cooper Medical Center. While our
normal office hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, we are
available 24 hours a day to provide care.
